Experience
Rocío started off working as an intern at the IP agency Beresford & Co., London, UK.
In 2007 she joined Herrero & Asociados , where she dealt with appeal proceedings in Spain and before the First Instance Court of Luxembourg and also headed the copyright division of our litigation department.
Her current field of expertise is trade mark prosecution outside Spain.
