EXPERIENCE
Patricia started her professional career working for a multidisciplinary law firm in Malaga, gaining experience in diverse law branches. After obtaining her Master’s Degree, she worked at the legal department of a prestigious film production company and subsequently at the EUIPO, specializing in the coordination and management of international IP related projects, developed by the EUIPO “Academy” Department. Patricia joined Herrero & Asociados in 2017, concentrating her practice on the protection of trademark portfolios belonging to national clients. She has specialized in the drafting of pleadings in opposition and suspension proceedings, appeals, research and investigation, preparation of reports, and advice on strategy, negotiations and mediation. She currently is a member of the Alumni Association of the Master Program in IP and New Technologies at the Autonomous University of Madrid.
