Master in Diplomacy and International Relations from the Diplomatic Academy of the Kingdom of Spain

Experience

During his studies in Austria, Enrique worked as an academic assistant in the EU Law Department of the University of Innsbruck, gaining experience and practice regarding the European Single Market and the regional economic integration processes in Latin America. Before working as a freelance consultant, specialized in environmental and economic matters, as well as Institutional Relations for SMEs and private associations, he held the position of Policy Officer in a renowned BIA in Brussels.
He has also been a special assistant to the Permanent Representation of Spain in the Organization for the Security and Co-operation in Europe, fundamentally for economic issues.
Enrique is a member of the International Affairs department of Herrero & Asociados and concentrates his practice in assessing legislative developments and public IP programs in Latin American countries; in Institutional Relations and in Knowledge Management. He equally advises clients from Latin American countries, who are interested in entering into or reassuring their position within the Spanish and European markets.
