Patent consultant since 2008, he joined H&A in 2012. Having become a patent consultant right after graduating, Fernando now has extensive experience as technical patent writer in the Electronics and Mechanics technical field, drafting applications for National Patents, Utility Models, PCT and European Patents. He also replies to office actions and prepares technological reports and infringement reports.
