Experience

Cristina Sendín commenced her career in 2002, as patent advisor at a biotechnology consultancy. She had become a well-versed consultant when she joined H&A in 2004.
Her work focus is on pharmacy and biotechnology, where her main tasks involve drafting and processing patent applications, as well as preparing reports on patentability, infringement and freedom-to-operate.

Cristina also has experience enforcing SPCs and carrying out prior-art searches in patent databases and other sources.

Cristina Sendín has lectured at various Spanish universities, in forums concerning biotechnology:

  • “Biotechnological Patents” at the Symposium "Exploiting the “bio" results of the University of Cadiz: Patents and technology-based companies" (University of Cadiz, 2006)
  • Technical Advisor for the lectures on biotechnology patents in a Biotechnology masters program (ALITER Business School, 2004)
  • Master in Legal Practice, speciality Private Law (CEU Universidad San Pablo, 2003)
