Experience

Having been a member of Telefónica’s R+D team and an employee of Alcatel between 1995 and 2001, Isabel de Pablo joined Herrero & Asociados in 2004.

As a patent consultant she is in charge of a variety of tasks such as preparing national, foreign, European and PCT applications, in particular those related to mechanical, electrical, electronic, telecommunications and software inventions. She replies to office actions, handles opposition proceedings, carries out prior art research and prepares patentability and infringement reports.
