Experience

Maria Diví began training in Intellectual Property with a small-scale law firm in Barcelona. She came to Madrid to work for a renowned IP firm here and did so for two years.

In 2014 Maria became a team member of Herrero & Asociados at its Madrid headquarters. Since then, she has had the chance to complete her training in IP while rendering services from several of the firm’s departments: the national division of our Trade Marks department as well as its international division and finally the Digital Law division of our litigation department.

She advises clients mainly about copyright, data protection, e-commerce, protection and defence of internet domains, social media and trade mark infringement on the Internet.
