Experience

Rodrigo López Crespo became part of Herrero & Asociados in 2015, having completed a LLM in Law and having completed the corresponding Thesis in Legal Protection of Software. He began his work in the International Trademark Department, and after passing through the Patent Validations and European Union Trademark Departments, he is currently developing his career in the Litigation and Digital Law Departments.
In particular, his work focuses on advising foreign and Spanish clients on the protection of their industrial and intellectual property interests, focusing both on obtaining and defending trademarks, internet domains, customs, etc., as well as on challenging those of third parties during the different administrative and judicial phases of the proceedings.
