In chapter 16 of the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) signed between Colombia and USA, in force since May 2011, both States acquired different commitments on Intellectual Property Rights, and mainly, on judicial civil procedures related to the enforcement of intellectual property rights.

We hereby inform you that the Argentinean Trademarks Office has decided to open the possibility of filling mix or figurative trademarks in colour (Res. INPI Nº P- 357/2013).
